@Himani: The units such as 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 2bhk will be Rs. 1.22Cr - Rs. 1.22Cr for 710 - 712 sq.ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs. 2.47Cr - Rs. 2.52Cr for 1441 - 1467 sq.ft.
