Hi, It is a very good investment location and the actual returns will depend on market forces but in the long-term, they will give you very good returns because of infrastructure planned there. Because of many upcoming developments proposed and ongoing developments taking place, prices are getting dear in Mulund East in recent times.

Hi, the builder is charging Rs. 12000 as rate per sqft. Many public and private banks like HDFC, SBI, Axis bank, IDBI, Kotak Mahindra bank, IndiaBulls and LIC Housing Finance are financing for this project. It is a good project as well as an excellent locality to invest ones money as one can expect a good appreciation in coming years.
Hi Vinay, The price quoted for the flats are inclusive of car parking charges and one need not pay anything extra for this. Amenities include swimming pool, garden, 24hr generator backup, children play area and community hall. In fact the flats are well connected as it only 10-12 minutes from Mulund station. Eastern Express Highway is just 3-4 kms from the project.
Hello Suresh, I have booked a 2 BHK in this project some time back as bookings are still going on. 2 BHK comes with an area of 725sqft-860 sqft and price range from 87 lakh-1.03 crore including registration and stamp duty. 1 BHK has an area of 585 sqft-660 sqft and costs approx Rs. 70.20 crore-79.20 crore including registration and tax.

Hi, Dhanshree Sankalp is one of the ongoing projects undertaken by Dhanshree Group which is coming up in Tata Colony in Mulund East. It seems that they have launched the project way back in 2009 and possession is likely by Dec 2015.
