Hi Ashish, But the price quoted by the builder are bit on higher side. In fact you get flats within a budget of approx 75-80 lakhs in this locality for 2 BHK's.
Hi Anuj, Yes you do get flats in that range for 2 BHK, but you will not get such huge floor area measuring more than 1030 sqft. You will get units ranging from 800-900 sqft for 2 BHK;s. Moreover the builder is giving more no of extra amenities which you will not get in other projects. Somewhere you have to compromise regarding the amenities, price and area.
Hi Ravi, The flats are centrally located in Mulund East with 5 minutes drive from Mulund station and Eastern Express Highway.. Adequate bus services are available from this place to go to western suburbs, central suburbs and Navi Mumbai. It is at close proximity to Navi Mumbai via Airoli bridge.

OOHHH. The amenities are looking excellent. How is the connectivity from this project to other localities in Mumbai. Is the project being approved and which banks are providing loans for this project.
Well Mr Kishore, The flats comes in sizes ranging from 2,3, and 4 BHK. 2 BHK have an area of 1030 sqft and are priced at Rs. 1.03 crore. 3 BHK have an area measuring 1250 sqft and 4 BHK comes with area measuring 1685 sqft and are priced at 1-68 crore. The amenities include swimming pool, club house, gym, jogging track and tennis court.
Hi Suresh, Been to the project to have a look at the work going, saw there is ample space for car parking. The rooms were also very well ventilated having good frontside view. The apartments also have a provision for Rain Water Harvesting.
Hi Arup, Matoshree Nisarg is one of the ongoing projects developed by matoshree Infra Pvt Ltd in LIC Housing Colony,Mulund East. . Construction work is in full swing and possession is likely by Dec 2015.
