Guys,
I have booked flat in Yashashree & its been more than 4 Years the work is stand still. No communication from builder Mr. Fatesh Mirchandani about restart of project. Please do not put your money. Please confirm my statement with people residing in same area if you feel that I am doing any bad publicity.

Whether to invest in Mulund East today is a decision that will depend on your own requirements. Over a long-term horizon, it will definitely give you good returns. In fact, try and drive home a bargain.

Heard that current rate in Mulund East is hovering around Rs. 13000 per sqft. I want to know whether Mulund East is a good option for investment. Are the rates in this area expected to rise even higher? Thanks

Hi Bikram,
Yes - it will definitely give good returns over a long-term horizon. But since real estate market is unpredictable as many market forces and demand supply theory being put into practice, one cannot really say what % of returns one will get in next 5 years. But one thing for sure you will get guaranteed returns for money invested.

Got to know the relevant details that BMC has approved the project. There are many leading nationalized and private banks like HDFC, ICICI, SBI, LIC Housing Finance, Corporation Bank and IDBI are providing loans for this project.

Hi,
I came to know that Siroyaa Yashashree has 1 and 2 BHK units available. 1 BHK comes with an area ranging from 660 sqft-690 sqft and are priced at Rs. 79.20 crore to 82.44 crore. 2 BHK comes with an area measuring from 930 sqft-990 sqft and costs approx 1.11 crore onwards.

Since I have booked a 2 BHK in his project, amenities include swimming pool, garden, children play area, community hall, gym having latest equipment like treadmill, and 24 hrs power backup. I think in my view this locality is the most safest place to reside as there is not much off crime and theft incidents reported in recent times.

Hi Praveen,
I have booked a 1 BHK flat in Siroyaa Yashashree and the builder has committed that possession is likely by June 2015. Construction work is on in full swing as I visited the site one month back.

Ok. Thanks for details given pertaining to completion status. What are the flats available in this project,price and the amenities offered?? Is the locality safe enough to book a flat.
