Hello to All, Spoke with one of the marketing executive and got confirmed that there will be no water problem in Neelam Spiro. The flats have already have the municipal water connection and moreover they also have bore water connection meeting the requirements of the entire floors.

Hello Ashish, I have recently booked a flat in Neelam Spiro.Looks to me it is a good option to invest/ buy a flat in this project. Since the market is under boom phase, there are chances that prices may shoot up in near future. may be after the budget and general elections.
Hi Vineet, In fact one can also take the Mulund-Goregaon Link Road to reach western suburbs of Mumbai and Mulund-Airoli Road to connect Navi Mumbai. There are autos and taxis plying from Mulund east to take the passengers to reach different destinations. One can also take the A/c buses starting from Mulund depot to reach Thane, Borivili, Andheri, Malad, Vashi and Sanpada.
Dear Shantanu, The cost of car parking and club house are not included in the price of the flats, In fact they are charged extra. Presently they are charging Rs. 10000 as rate per sqft. The transport is too good from Neelam Spiro to other localities by way of trains and buses.

There are local trains available from Mulund station which is hardly 10 minutes walk from Neelam Spiro. Plenty of bus services too are also available from Mulund going towards Thane, Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Bhandup, Ghatkopar, Chembur and Navi Mumbai. The flats are also very near to Eastern Express Highway.
Hello Lalit, I recently booked a 2 BHK flat in Neelam Spiro. The apartments have 2 and 3 BHK's. 2 BHK comes with area measuring 1470 sqft and the price comes to about 1.47 crore. 3 BHK comes with an area of 1910 sqft and costs approx 1.91 crore. The apartments have good amenities like hitech gym, swimming pool, club house, children play area, grand decorated entrance lobby,security and 100% standby power.

Hi Rakshit, Occupancy Certificate will be given once you take the possession of the flat. It has to be obtained from the builder who has to give the OC. Without having the occupancy certificate it not right to take the possession. Hence when you are going to occupy the property make sure that you obtain the OC.
