@Joydeep: Avadi is the rapid developing area in Chennai. It is shortly going to obtain the Corporation of Chennai Status. Excellent drinking water available. (45 Minutes travelling from Chennai Central Railway Station) Famous temples like Mangadu Amman, Tiruverkadu Amman is nearby. Reputed SA Engineering College is nearby.

Hey Sundar, the expected completion date will be by may 2015. Amenities such as Garden, 24Hr Backup, Security, Rain Water Harvesting, Car Parking are offered in the project. When are you planning to book ?
