Planning to buy Individual house in UdayaNagar at 80L. Is it worth?

Q: Built up area is 1500 sqft. Two floors building which individual house with car parking , bore and cmc water. Owner is quoting 80L. Is it worth to buy a home at that price?

Hi Sagar, Actually I am buying independent two floor house. In this could please tell will there any problems for loan or legally if documents are correct.
And advice me what are precautionary measures I have to take care. Thanks in advance.

Nationalized banks are not providing any home loans against B-Katha property. Some of the private banks provide home loans for B-Katha sites but at a much higher rate and shall have too many terms and conditions. For further clarification you can take help from your legal expert.

It is advisable to go for properties having A Khatha as in case of B Khatha you are not entailed to have building license, trade licence or loan from banks or any other financial transactions. B Khata is a temporary measure which will allow you to buy or sell a site, but you will face problems when you go for construction.

Hello Krupa/ Madhav, I agree with both of you but as I am going for home loan the rent what I am getting on the house and EMI what i would be paying will have huge difference. It if covers at least 60% to 70 % of my EMI that would good and fine I think so. One more thing is it is B kattha.

I agree with Krupa. Mahadevpura has become a hot destination not only for IT professionals but also for people coming from all over the country seeking to engage in the prosperity of the Silicon Valley of India.The area tops the buyers favorite list as it is close to IT hubs. Main reason for the development of Mahadevapura is Whitefield. Moreover, the area has good scope for further development in terms of infrastructure as well as real estate.So the price the owner is quoting seems to be okay for me.

Hello Ravi, If the owner is quoting Rs 80 lakhs for an individual house I think it is worth only but you can try to negotiate with the owner if it possible.
