This is a GDA approved project and the expected date of possession would be around 2017 end.

How is the infrastructure development in the locality? What is the condition of civic amenities in Raj Nagar Extn. Ghaziabad? How far is the nearest Railway Station and Bus Stop from the project site?

So, i must say that in coming days the price will be high due to all these factor.
