Another project, Another Lie... This project is hold and god knows when this would start. You talk about buying and everyone would tell fancy things about project and come and answer however when you show them their true colours about hiding the truth because they knew complete approvals are or were in place to start the project but they still promote it and even sell it. What about starting this project in 2014 then 15 and today there is nothing but the barren land..

Hi Sharath, You mean to say this project is still not approved by banks? Why haven't they (Builders) started construction ? Is there a delay due to pending approvals by GDA ? Please confirm , It would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

According to me, this project offers 2BHK, 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartments area ranging from 955 sq-ft to 1935 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 2400/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around December 2016.

To the extent I'm concerned, this project was propelled 2 years prior. Yet, at present because of approbation issue from Ghaziabad Development Authority , developer has halted this project.

I have invested in this property in Feb 2014 and was told this project would be launched in April and then in October however still construction has not started. Can you please tell me what is causing this delay.

Opulence Woods is a GDA approved project and after declaration of the launching date they will declare the name of the bankers.
The expected date of this property would be March'2016.
