u have better option in Landcraft metrohomes ( affordable housing ) where you have to invest in 1 BHK to 3 BHK flats on main NH 58, under construction property with affordable prices 18.50 to 31.50 lakhs 24 hours facility and connectivity , future planning is coming over there any query contact 7251000632

Please let me know when is the possession of 1 BHK Aditya Urban Homes - Tower C. As at the time of purchase i was told its possession will be 2017 end & now Aditya people are saying it could be next year so i am little confused & worried too. Can anybody will provide me the updates on Tower-C?

Yes, The township has the advantage of being located on NH 24 where widening of NH24 up to Dasna into a 14-lane highway by the end of this year by the end of this year to decongest the corridor. This township is located at 30 mins drive from Delhi. It is close to the main regions of Ghaziabad like Kavi NRaj Nagar, Kavi Nagar and Shastri Nagar. It is 5 kms away from Ghaziabad Railway Station which is a major station and provides good connectivity to railway network. Overall project looks good for end users.

Aditya Wrold City located at NH 24 Ghaziabad. It is a completed project. But few tower is still under construction. Aditya World City Plots are spread over 4 sectors in Aditya World City and offers various sizes also. The size of the plots differs from 117 to 239 sq. yd. and corner plots are adjoined by park and green belt on a 12 meter wide road.
