At the time of raft foundation- 10%,
On casting of basement slab- 10%,
1st floor slab- 10%,

5th floor slab- 10%,
7th floor slab- 10%,
Top floor slab- 10%,
On possession- 5%.
Delhi 99 phase-2 is developed by the well known builder Proview Group at Shalimar Garden, Loni Road in Ghaziabad. This project offers 2/3/4 BHK flats in 965-2145 sq.ft. Where the 2BHK in (965/1075/1140)sq.ft, 3BHK in (1365/1514)sq.ft and 4BHK in 2145 sq.ft.
Price- @2800/sq.ft but there is a discount of 150/sq.ft

Hello Arpit, It is a G+9 storey apartments and approx 1000 units are constructing. The construction work is in full swing and upto 4th floor construction work has been completed. Only few units of 2BHK in 7th and 9th floor and 3BHK in 4th floors are available for booking.
They are offering their possession after 2 Yrs. i.e March'2016.
