Hi, I am interested in buying a flat in this project as investment point of view. What checks should I make with regard to the documents before taking the possession of the flat as I am not fully aware of the procedures required. Anybody to help me out regarding this aspect.
Hello Sunil, In fact when I took the possession of my flat in block 1 the documents or the check list that I took from the builder were as follows. 1. Receipts of payment given to builder 2. Completion certificate 3. Commencement certificate 4. Sale Deed 5. Blue print / copy of the plan 6. No objection letter 7. Agreement letter 8.Possession letter

The apartments comes with 1,2, and 3 BHK units ideally suited for mid income group. 1 BHK has an area comprising of 640 sqft and costs about 17.22 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with 915 sqft area and are priced at Rs. 37.98 lakhs. The area for 3 BHK comes with 1215 sqft and the cost comes to about Rs. 50.43 lakhs. The price quoted here are excluding the registration, stamp duty and other charges.
Hello Jerome, Came to know through marketing executive that it is one of the ongoing projects in Dombivili east. There are 2 blocks in this project and each block has G+ 4 floors. Block 1 is already been completed and possession has been taken and work on block 2 is in progress and possession is likely by Nov 2014.
