Sobha has completed 90 real estate projects and 242 contractual projects covering about 61.73 million sqft of area. The developer currently has 45 ongoing real estate projects aggregating to 18.90 million sqft of saleable area. Sobha Developers entered the Pune real estate market and started their journey in Pune with Sobha Carnation in 2010 and this is their fourth project

What about the price details, possession date and size of the apartments?

The builder has not yet revealed the price details but they are planning to give the possession in 2017.The project would comprise of a 14-storeyed tower totaling to 112 residences - with the super built-up area of each apartment ranging from 1,111 sqft to 1,284 sqft.
