Amrutha Value has got approvals from BBMP and banks like LIC, SBI and Union bank. As told to me the builder will provide A Khata. There will be a total of 253 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments and 12 towers.

Hi,

I am planning to book a flat in Amrutha Value, Borewell road. Please let me know hos is the builder and project.

They are quoting 3800/sqft, possession in Dec-15. They are also providing CC and OC it seems.
Please let me know if somebody has booked here and negative reviews if any.
It would be realyy helpfull.

Thanks.
Shreerang

Till date the builder has completed only two project and I have read reviews about the builder saying that they provide quality work and timely delivery.

Check all the legal documents, approvals and other paper provided by the builder before booking an apartment.

The original BBMP sanction plan is no more valid. They have changed the plan by adding additional plot and modified the layout a bit. The new plan has been sent to BBMP for approval. I came to know that new plan will be approved by BBMP which will take another couple of months. If any one has got more update on this, please post.

How can they change the plan without any notice? How is the reputation of the builder?
