Hi Hemanth, Amrutha Value is an under construction project and the estimated possession date is by March 2016. The project has got all the necessary approvals and the builder is going to provide OC and CC. It is safe to buy here

They are quoting 3800/sqft, possession in Dec-15. They are also providing CC and OC it seems. Please let me know if somebody has booked here and negative reviews if any. It would be really helpfull.
Till date the builder has completed only two project and I have read reviews about the builder saying that they provide quality work and timely delivery.
The project has 2 phases. 1st phase will be completed in Dec-14 costing 4000/sqft and the other one in Dec-15 costing 3800/sqft. In the 1st phase only 3bhk are available. I am not sure about the reduction in the price.
They are saying it's zero deviation project with OC and A-khata. That is what I want to confirm. If someone has any idea please post your feedback.
Whitefield is a well developed locality with good features and infrastructure. The region incorporates the areas like Vinayaka Layout, Nallurhalli and Gandhipuram. It is enveloped by Varthur, ITPL, Brookefield and Marathahalli.

The rate per sqft the builder is quoting in Amrutha Value is Rs 4700. There will be 5 blocks with 183c signature apartments with an option of 2 and 3 bhk apartments.
