Hi all, It is heard that they are going to launch 1/2BHK apartments in it. Is it really true? What will be the total no of apartment in it? When is the possession date of the plots?
Hi Joydeep, Yes, it is absolutely right. This project is spreaded over 22 acres of land. They are going to lauch around 350-400 units of 1/2 BHK apartments in 2nd phase with 5 acres private lake. They are giving possession for the plots within 2 months but it will take 12 months more to offer possession of apartments because it will take some time to develop amenities.
