You can find them selling such plots at throwaway prices in Hinjewadi in Green Zones. So, stay away from such builders and save your hard-earned money.

Your statement Sairung is the only developer I saw that gives 5 years emi option in a project in Hinjewadi. clearly indicate who you are. But let me tell all forum members here that if you do not want to have difficult time in your life then please stay away from Sairung. This is the most unprofessional builder.
