hello,
last month one person offered to sell his site at 2000rs per sq feet in judicial layout,but this discussion thread is started in 2014..and you people are saying that the offered rate in indium is 1600 to 1800 in the year 2014... so considering this..the growth in rate is just mere 500rs per sq feet in 2 years?

I also looking for same project but not sure of the rate they are quoting like at present they are asking for 1800/SQFT. Also not sure validity of that land or is it clean from any legal hurdles. Does any one booked the site and gone through that process.. please reply only genuine buyers no agents..

The project has got approvals from leading banks and BMRDA. You are planning to book a plot, if yes you can talk with the builder and verify all the documents provided with the help of your legal expert.

The area is very convenient as it is 1 km from Mysore road,9 km from kengeri.Schools are located nearby on Mysore road.I felt that it is a good investment and hence booked a site which is not yet released by BMRDA.Registration, as per the representatives will be in September.

Not sure. Even i was interested in this project. Spoke to some person there. He quoted 1725/- sq.ft and said its negotiable to some extent. I am surprised by the way todays marketing people are recruited. From where do they study and pass out. Very shocking. They themselves say its open for negotiation, which clearly shows that 1725/- is not the right price for the plots. Is there anyone who has booked ?

Yeah same here but they have not given the price details and sizes of plot. Any idea how much they are asking for booking?

They are offering 40x60, 50x80 and odd size plots. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 1625 and 1 lakh is the booking amount. Banks like Karnataka bank, HDFC, ICICI, Axis and Punjab National Bank has approved the project.

I have read about this project in newspaper. The project is located at Hejjala, Mysore Road, Bangalore. It is a plotted development and the project has been approved by BMRDA

It has close proximity to the Mysore Road and the presence of Judicial Layout adjacent to it. I felt it has a good investment. But the time period should be 5-7 years and it will give you a good return.
