Latest Answer: Absolutely, after a 5-year delay, we are in 2019 they are yet to handover my apartment. They do not honour the penalties they have to incur as a result of delayed(not months, years and years) handover etc. I have invested with several other builders like Prestige, they are fabulous. Will never recommend this builder nor will ever make further investments with these cheats.
