Q: what is the present position regarding the handing over of our society by the builder ?whether there are any issue to be settled with him?when will the MSEB meters changed in our names?

Hi Kulkarni,
Regarding the handing over the society by the builder I think you need to talk about it to your concerned builder. Is the MSEB meters presently in the name of the builder or in societies name. I think you need to fill up an application form along with a letter of consent from the builder about changing the meters to individual names. I think the entire process takes about 3-4 weeks of time.
