Hello, May I know which are the banks are providing loans for this project? What documents should I check with the builder before taking the possession of the flats??
Dear Ashish, Heard that several leading banks like ICICI, HDFC, SBI, LIC Housing Finance, DHFL and IndiaBulls have approved loan for this project. You need to check out the following documents like possession letter, letter of allotment, No Objection letter, agreement letter, sale deed, blue print or the copy of the plan, commencement certificate, completion certificate.
Hi Ravi, Came to know that they are delivering the project by Aug 2014. The flats are well connected by road and rail means of transport. Located at price locality in Juhu near to multispeciality hospitals, schools, colleges, parks, beaches, shopping centers, movie theaters etc. CST airport just being 4-5 kms from the project.
Hmmm. K. What are the flats available in this project, its price. When are they going to handover the project? How is the overall connectivity? Do let me know as I have plans of booking a flat in this project.
Hi Ramesh, Heard that the flats come in 4 and 5 BHK units and there are no 1,2, or 3 BHKs available. It seems that price for 4 BHK is about 7.25 crore and has an area measuring approx 2900 sqft. 5 BHK comes with total area of 4000 sqft and it comes to about 10 crore.
