Hello, Hmmm.K. Looks like they are providing decent amenities for quite rightly priced flats. How good is the transport and connectivity from the site to other localities in Mumbai?
Dear Shrikant, The connectivity is excellent from the project. The flats are well linked by road and rail mode of transport. The nearest station is the Ghatkopar station which is just 10 minutes from the site. Mumbai CST airport is barely 8-10 kms and LTT Terminus is located at a distance of approx 4-5 kms. Centrally located with easy access to Eastern Express Highway. Bus services are also too good with BEST operating services to western suburbs, Thane, Navi Mumbai and south Mumbai at regular intervals.
Dear Vinay, I also came to know that the builder is providing some good standard amenities like vitrified flooring, granite top kitchen platform, concealed wiring with modular switches and aluminium sliding windows.
Ok. Since I am interested in buying a flat in this project, would like to know how much is the builder charging per sqft and what are the units available and its specifications.
Hello Kishore, In fact the builder is quoting Rs. 5500 as the present rate per sqft. The flats come with 1 and 2 BHK units. The area for 1 BHK is about 550 sqft and costs Rs. 30.25 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with 750 sqft area and are priced at Rs. 41.25 lakh respectively.
Hey Sunil, Got in touch with the sales guy and came to know that the project will be launched in about 2 months time which is coming up in Ghatkopar west. The project is being developed by Dhanista Group and possession is likely by Dec 2015.
