Guys..Perumbakkam is a very good locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.

As far as I know Perumbakkam is a very calm locality in Chennai. All amenities are available nearby. Very close to the IT HUB. Good water and good public transport available. Has good schools nearby like BVM Global School and PSPB Mellinium School. All the facilities are available in this locality.

Hey Anandraj, units such as 1BHK for 25 lakhs for 530 - 550 sq.ft, for 2bhk it would be 920 - 973 sq.ft for 40 lakhs, for 3bhk it would be Rs. 47.26L - Rs. 58.50L for 1212 to 1500 sq ft.
