Hello, Want to know which banks have approved for finance for this project since I have plans of buying a flat in Aman Heritage. Will it make a right choice in making an investment in this project?
Hello Mr Deepankar, Got to know that several leading banks like HDFC, ICICI, LIC Housing Finance, Kotak Mahindra have approved for loan for this project. I think it is a good project to invest in this locality since prices are going up and you can expect a good appreciation in about 4-5 years time.
Dear Lalit, Heard that they are quoting Rs. 13600 as the present rate per sqft. The area for 1 BHK covers 775 sqft and the price comes to Rs. 95.20 lakh onwards. 2 BHK comes with an area measuring between 1200-1350 sqft and are priced at Rs. 1.63 crore onwards. These prices are excluding registration and Govt charges which are to be paid extra.
Hi Sankalp, The connectivity is excellent from the project site to other places in Mumbai. Andheri station is just 2-3 kms away from the site. Western Express Highway is also very near from this project. Mumbai airport is approx 7-8 kms. Ideal location with reputed schools, colleges, hospitals, shopping centers in a proximity of about 3-4 kms radius.
Hey Bikram, Yeah I have booked a 1 BHK flat in this project recently and came to know that the work on the project is underway and possession is likely by Feb 2015. The flats are coming up in Parsi Colony in SV Road in Andheri west.
