Namaste Shrikant,
I came to know that the project has already been launched in Oct 2013 and most likely the possession will be during Dec 2015. After speaking with the marketing guy got confirmed that the flats have 24/7 water supply through Muncipal connection. Apart from this the apartments also have bore connection to meet the water requirements.

Hi Arup,
The flats have good connectivity via local trains and buses. Fast locals are available starting from Virar station going towards Vasai, Borivali, Kandivili, Malad, Jogeshwari, Bandra and Goregaon. Bus services are also good from this place as BEST operates daily schedules to Thane, Navi Mumbai.

Hello Ashish,
Got in touch with the sales guy and came to know that the flats come with 1 and 2 BHK units. 1 BHK has an area of 660 sqft and are priced at Rs. 28.30 lakh. 2 BHK comes with 900 sqft area and price starts from Rs. 38.25 lakh onwards. The project is coming up in Viva college road in Virar west.
