Q: Date of posession promised while booking the flat was sept 2014 while in the contract they mentioned dec 2015 as a late date. Even after that we are waiting for the posession. Builder is not replying to mails and gives rude response over phone calls. They are saying it is delayed due to delay in power grid making by the govt authorities and they are not responsible for it. ON WHAT BASIS THEY PROMISED POSESSION OF SEPT 2014. We are staying in a rented flat and paying EMIs for this long awated flat.
Its been over a year since I cancelled. As usual, Bhoomi delayed in responding or giving refund. Then about 9 months ago, I along with 4 others filed a complaint in RERA. We won the case against Bhoomi and, they were ordered to pay Full Refund along with RERA rate of interest. Seeing this another group of 7 buyers came forward to file their complaints. Strongly recommend that all Acropolis flat buyers should take united action for the delays and financial losses caused due to builders failure to keep promises and refund monies on time.
It has been now 5 Years, since the Bhoomi & Arkade Associates have received all my hard earned money against the purchase of the my Flats at ACROPOLIS. All his operational delay and defaults has resulted in AUCTION of my purchased flats prior i received any flat possession. I have also been said the same when i ask for possession that next 2 months we will receive OC and then we can give you possession but since more than a year they are giving false promise and now they ask me to take possion on fitout letter and pay the rest of other charges to occupy the flat.
Bhoomi & Arkade Associates are master in doing ill-legal activities, and engage buyers in this things. They even play all kind of drama in court of law. as they hire expensive lawyers from the money they have earned by cheating us.

Do we still have a ready group of buyers pursuing a case against Bhoomi. I still haven't had luck on this as I was out of the country and when I checked with Bhushan, the answer continues to be the same. It again took me several attempts to reach them over phone which was in vain, when finally I had to pay a site visit.

We also gone through with same problem, now finally got a possession.... But within a month their is a leakage problem. We have complain as well to engineer Sunil but he arrogantly giving some nonsense answers..
Is this Engineer Sunil working in the Bhoomi project or you hired someone from out. Exactly where you facing the leakage problem in the house? We will be visiting the site in the first week of March.
The water leakage issue is still their, no action and improvement. As they have round and round answers for giving possession similarly they are doing with Maintenance of the construction. How could a new constructed building should get water slippage issue. The construction of this group is not of good quality. They compromise on quality of construction. . ,
How to report this to rera for the possession issue for this project because their finanacial issue is not our problem when we delay the emis then do bank understand our problem.
Yes even we booked a flat where the bhoomi acropolis promised that we will get the possession around Sept. 2017 but now they are informing that due to finance issue it will get stretch till May 2018. Currently, we are staying on rent and trying hard to manage paying the emi as well as our rent. If we get possession then we can save our money instead of paying rent we can pay it for the emis. Kindly suggest what we can do to get our possession or our full amount refund.

Hi I too have same problem.. I had booked the flat in this project same response from builder.. I guess should come together.. they are asking now to take possession and do the remaining payment..
Yes, It is better if you engage a lawyer in this situation, he/she can guide you properly and that notice also shall have a better effect. May be builder doesn't like to trap in any court cases so, there is a chance to get your money refund.
Don't invest with Bhoomi as the builders are not trustworthy and at the same time very arrogant and rude.

Hi Gaur, A home buyer, who fails to get the possession of his property on time, can resort to several provisions under India’s civil, criminal and consumer laws, to take action against the developers.
You can send a notice to the builder, claiming refund of the amounts paid along with interest and/or damages. You can also file a consumer complaint for "deficiency in service" as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 against the builder.
Yes, i am agree with Dayananda. You can file a written complaint before the appropriate consumer dispute redressal forum set up under the act, depending on the value of your property, or the amount of damage you have suffered. Any dispute over Rs 20 lakhs can be directly filed before the State Commission and any dispute over Rs 1 crore can be filed before the National Commission in New Delhi. Any dispute for a value lower than Rs 20 lakhs has to be filed in the District Commission.
My mother has also booked a flat on this project and is now suffering. The builders dont answer calls and is making us chase them like beggars. I am urging people who have grievances with this builder to come together and launch a formal complaint
