If I am not wrong than this Holi the developers have waived off floor rise and premium charges. The price of the apartment starts from Rs 52.86 lakhs on wards

Whitefield belt witnessed a spurt of real estate activity during the period 2003-2007. Whitefield has good existing social infrastructure like schools, hospitals and even malls. So I think investing in this project and this locality can be fruitful.
VBHC Serene Town will have four blocks and 220 apartments. The possession will be given block wise and they are going to start the possession by 2016 end and finish it by 2017 mid or latest by end of 2017. Serene Town is a joint development between Axis Spaces and VBHC
The rate they are quoting is Rs 3600 as a pre launch offer and they will be increasing the rates after the launch. The project will be approved by BDA and banks like SBI, LIC and HDFC ( approvals are under process).
As of 25th May 2014, the builder is quoting 4000/- psft. They showed the project blueprint and said that it has A-Khata. BDA approvals are in place. HDFC tie-up for loans in place and SBI in process.

The project offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with size ranging from 957 sqft to 1312 sqft. The project is still in pre launch and they are planning to launch the project by June 2014.
