I am planning to buy a 3BHK at this property (Burgandy Tower) , however I am bit concerned about negative reviews around construction quality , plumbing issues. It would be great if one of the resident can throw more light on current state of issues . Thanks in advance.

This place is a disaster from a plumbing perspective, the designs have been half baked and unable to take the pressure for a tall building, so residents have had to deal with repeated and severe leakages and seepage, leading to wooden floors getting soaked, walls getting damp, and since they have done PoP layering on walls they remain wet for ages. Corridors have been badly constructed and rain water stays stagnant for hours, enough parking has not been provisioned. Lots of problems. The good part is the landscaping and the apt designs are decent. Senior management is responsive, but thats more than you can say about mid level management.
