It seems recently they have released a few exclusive units at an exciting price only valid for a limited period. The units on offer are 2, 2.5, 3, 3 (P) BHK apartments, ranging from 1338 sq. ft. to 2,700 sq. ft. at prices starting from INR 76 lakhs.

How is the connectivity from this project to the other parts of the city? I am having kids I also wanted to know good schools near by.

How many apartments will be there in Phase I and what are the plus points of this project?

The advantages of this project are: 1) Location advantage, 2) Unhindered 120-270 degree views for each apartment and 3) No apartment facing each other 4) Lavish clubhouse with top-of-the-class amenities and retail spaces 5) IGBC green rated project (Applied for certification)

The project offers 1,2, 2.5,3 and 3 ( premium) bedroom apartments. Godrej United will have two towers with three wings and the Phase I it will take around three years to get completed. The project is approximately 700 meters from Phoenix Market City.

Current the rate per sqft going on is Rs 5400 and as far as I know the approvals are under process. Dont have much idea about the approvals.
