Thanks Gupta ji for the information u gave but m already trapped in this project. Its almost 2 yrs now. What can I do. Moreover , due to lack of knowledge then ;I did't take any written proof for possession date. Please create a group of the likes in this issue so that we can create a collective pressure.
The SIkka Kaamna and Karnam both have been blacklisted by the Noida Authorities for non payment of dues and have asked the banks to stop funding the project till the time the dues are cleared. Chances are you wouldnt get a loan on this project now. Besides the poor construction quality and hidden charges, that gives another good reason to stay away from SIKKA.

There is nothing good about SIKKA. The property "seems" chaper" but then they have so many hidden costs and their trump card unjustified interest that makes the property the most expensive in the end. third class construction material, Not proper approvals from the govt. Very congested flats. unjustified interest rates, continuous torture for the investor through various hidden charges, Illiterate and rude staff.
Construction of this project will start or not ? what about those people who has invested their money in this project? Kindly update me what is exactly happening with this project ?
Hello Mr Gupta, the ongoing rate per sqft here is around Rs 4200-4800. there is some availability and a 2 bhk of 1150 sqft you can get for approx Rs 48 Lakhs- Rs 50 Lakhs. this will further depend on floors and facing etc etc... but the property is in a good location and just 5 min drive from the Mahamaya flyover.
