December 17 has also gone and still no possession even in their earlier project Karnam Greens. Has anyone filed complaint in RERA or consumer forum

As per the meeting held on 2nd Nov 2017, it is promissed to deliver Jubilant in December 17 and rest of the 4 phase1 Towers namely, Cheer, Luxor, Delight and Jolly by Apr 2018. The goal post is been changed in every 3 months.

After 3 months I contacted Sikka Team and they said that “we are trying our best to deliver the same and possession will get started within the span of six months.

The concept of buying an apartment started when I was struggling with my PGs problems. Staying in a PG is the best idea when you’re living alone in an unknown city as you get roommates to stay with but not a very great idea for the people living in the region like Delhi-NCR because it is very costly with zero facilities and you just need to compromise.
Some PGs might be offering best facilities but unfortunately I didn’t get one to live in. I kept on changing and within a year I have changed 4 PGs which made me very frustrated as the more I tried to get closer to my office, I paid more rent and the facilities kept degrading. Finally, wandering here and there, I decided to get my own apartment no matter if it is 1BHK or 2BHK as I was in desperate need of my own room without any hassle.
Going through many real estates, schemes and deals, online and offline, one of my mate suggested SIKKA to me. I never go for a random suggestion and do the complete homework befor jumping to any conclus

Any update on Karnam Green Flats Possesion? I am paying rent + Full EMIs, its very much painfull to make balalce for a salaried person.

Sikka team never respond if they are asked about possesion update, while if payments are little late they ar imposing penalties.response from whole team is very poor.
Surprise that there is no control on anybody in their team.

Yes, because the project is stucked and there is no movement has been seen in the project site. They might be saying for delivery to those who have not visited the site for so long. They are casting the slabs to fetch demands. It is very difficult to distinguish the phases.

You are right Debanjan. I have visited the project site and found grill work going on in some towers and very few laborers working. It seems that that Sikka may complete only 3-towers in 2016 which are under subvention ( As per some official present on site) and others towers may take 2 or more than 2 years from now.
