Hi, I have booked a flat at Sikka Kaamna Greens Sector 143 in Delight tower. I had applied for Home loan, but banks are not giving loan because Sikka have not cleared bank dues. No CRM is picking the call and the channel partner(Bullmen Reality) through which we have purchased it are clue less on this situation. Is there any legal forum which is persuing case against this fraud builder or could suggest me the wayout.
