A man who died in 1995 put his will as below. his successors cant sell his property outside his family. remedy pleas c

Q: he has put in his will that any one outside his family is not allowed to buy this property other than his children themselves. .is there any law against this supporting his children to sell the property ?

Hi Abraham,
If the property is self acquired property you can write to anyone and you can put any condition in the will and to avoid any legal complications if you registers it then their will be no problem to the successors.

Or let the beneficiaries of the will offer to all of their family members whether any of them interested to buy the property against a decided value or not by sending registered post with A/D letter and wait for a month if no body shows any interest to buy the property then by giving a advertisement in paper beneficiary can sale the property.
