Q: he has put in his will that any one outside his family is not allowed to buy this property other than his children themselves. .is there any law against this supporting his children to sell the property ?

Latest Answer: Hi Abraham, If the property is self acquired property you can write to anyone and you can put any condition in the will and to avoid any legal complications if you registers it then their will be no problem to the successors.
