Terra is into a big scam, they will ask you for additional charges even though they are not mentioned in the agreement. Avoid them now, they are no more lucrative!!

Hi Nitesh, yes these are government approved plots and are at a key location on the Alwar bypass road with the Kajaria factory nearby and the industrial area of Chowpanki.
