Hi, Kiran, i too had inquired about this project from the builders.. it is their first project in Bhiwadi, otherwise the builder has projects in Agra and small towns of UP.... the plots are on the alway highway and builder says that the prices will double in couple of years.

I thin i was told of Rs 6000per sq yard and this is in soft launch phase...construction work is scheduled to start in another months time and possession will be in 18 months time.. at the time of work starting the prices are scheduled to be revised.

i was told that 50% of the payment has to be made now only and the builder gives an assured return on 1% for the 18 months to possession.

Well Kiran, there are many known an reputed builders in the area, i will suggest that you put your money with safe builders.. i have not heard about this builder although they seem to have 2-3 projects in Dehradun.
