Has the project got approval from CMDA? How far is the project from airport and how much is the floor rise charges?

Yes the project has got approval from CMDA and the project is around 22 kms from the airport. As far as I know Rs 50 per sqft is the floor rise charges they are asking for.

Guys Poonamalle is now developing area for real estate due to industrial developments around Sriperubuthur and also has connectivity to Thambaram, Koyambedu, Porur-Guindy. :)

Hello Komathi, units such as 1bhk, 2bhk, and 3bhk is available. The price for 1bhk will be Rs 25 lakhs for 576 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 42 lakhs for 1008 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs 62 lakhs for 1539 sq ft.

Which all banks have approvals for home loans ? When is the expected completion dtae of the project ?
