Hi Guys, What is the status of the project now. How is the builder. Is he meeting the agreed timeline and quality. I am planning to book one apartment in their new project in Sarjapur road

@Daksh, I spoke to the builder few days back. He said there is one approval is pending. They might be starting the construction by this month (hopefully). Price at present is 3350 (if it is not appreciated again).

You can verify this builders older project (Suvastu Templeview HSR). Since this builder is new and I was not heard of this builder I did verify with Templeview existing owner. Seems builder is OK. And I also checked his ongoing sernety project in HOSA road near BOSH. I have not collected the document yet, I am waiting for to get all documents together and verify.

If you need any more info you can contact one Mr Saurav he is one who is handling sales for this project. I booked my 3BHK apartment through him. Let me know if you need any further info.

The whole electronic city is expected to see an uplift within two years and the apartments close to Electronic City will definitely get good returns. All the malls and multiplexes will also get ready by 2014 near Wipro .Moreover talks are going on for PRR, elevated corridor and metro which will come in late 2017. So better go for E City
