Latest Answer: Regarding the road, It is fact that there is a road passing in between. But for Lake belt Kindly check their Commencement certificate date, If they have got before June 2016 then they should leave 30 mt. If they have got after June, 2016 then they have to leave 75 Mt.

Q:I had booked flat in Sep 2015 in Frontier Heights and they had promised then will start construction in October 2015. After waiting 1 long year, I cancelled my booking in Sep 2016 as still the construction not started. I am yet to get my booking amount back and then are saying it will be refunded in 3 months. Upon following up more on the refund, I am hearing different story every week. The builder says he is filing legal suite on Hiren Wahen(Marketing Company for this project) for all the mess. Yet to get positive response on my refund. Its been almost 60 days i raised the cancellation request and still yet to get the money.Any one faced similar issues with this builder?

In the booking form refund clause says they refund will be done in 90 days. (I know its illegal). I will wait for another 30 days and will take legal actions later.I am working with my layer on this.
According to frontier, there was a delay in getting approval from BBMP. They got the approval last month and just started with the construction.
Initially the plan was G+12 when i booked the flat and BBMP approved for G+11. Due to this, parking space, and few amenities now compromised. Upon that, Frontier is asking me 500 Rs more per sq ft from me. Purely unprofessional builder and worst response from the builder.
Latest Answer: @Diwakar Shetty: Past 2 years keep on extending the project completion date which is from Dec 2015. Project has 40% of work pending (No workers). No proper maintenance, no quality, no amenities, no security, No Khata and No Approval's. If you comprise on this go-ahead and buy
