Q: Is there a property dispute on the Chembur Project by Nirvana Buildscape? I heard that there is an property title is not clear and property is under dispute.
I agree but I live in Chembur and I have heard stories that they went to take thumb impression of the person who des not own the property at 3 am to make it a genuine sale. The whole society is talking about it and feel sorry for the Ramaswamy family.
There is problem with the property and Nirvana is trying to sell property they don't own. If you go see the property and speak to federation you will have more information. The property is owned by the legal heirs of late Mr. M.. Ramaswamy
I am confused are you a representative of the builder or a potential buyer? You seem to know a lot about the project. Your response you my post seemed to suggest that you are a potential buyer, but your response to Shantanu I felt you were the rep of the builder. Anyway, I found out that there is criminal investigation against the builder Nirvana Buildscape. They have violated the stay and are in contempt of the court order. I would not be comfortable putting my hard earned money at risk even though the price is attractive. There is no such thing as a free lunch.
Hi Shantanu, Nirvana Heights by Buildscape located at Chembur in Mumbai. It offers 1.5 BHK in 1070 sqft and 2 BHK in 1180 sqft. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 12000/sqft but it is negotiable. 2BHK in 1180 sqft, cost approximately 1.41 crore.
Well Shantanu, The booking amount of 2BHK is Rs 25 Lacs which is 20% of the total property cost. Thw expected date of completion is May'2016. It is a soft launch project and construction work has not started yet.

Hi Tushkap, Even i was planning to buy a 2BHK units of this project but heard the news about the property dispute in Nirvana Heights. I personally called the builders and made a conversation with them. He said that come and see all the project related document such approvals of plan, bank etc. I think you should call the developer too and fixed a date for site visit and know the fact.
