The Trove is a plotted development in Hosur Road. It is 20 minutes drive from Silk Board and 1.5 kms from NH 7. The booking they are asking is Rs 2 lakhs and the price of the plots starts from Rs 21 lakhs.

When was the project launched and what is the rate per sqft going on? What is the status of the approvals?

The project was launched on 6th April this year. The pre launch rate was Rs 1550 per sqft and now it is Rs 1750. The project has been approved by BMRDA and banks like ICICI, LIC, Indiabull and DHFL
