@Gurmeet: Pallikaranai is a very good residential locality with connectivity to Tambaram, ECR and Mount Road, very much Suitable for people working in IT. Near to Velachery and lots of mall. If you are planning to make your residence within 3 years then buy in pallaikarani. The Appreciation is also expected to be seen here in coming years.

@Himani: The completion date will be by dec 2014. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 4,800. So you can shift within this year itself.

Is the project approved ? Which all banks have home loan aproval ? Are they giving ant negotiations ?

@Himani: Yes the project is Corporation approved. Only ground floor and first floor is available. They have approval with HDFC bank.
