Hey I would suggest you to go with Edapalli. Though the property prices are higher here, still this is a prime locality right in the heart of Kochi. This place has world famous hospitals, like Amrutha MAJ and KIMS, which makes it a star on the real estate market. It is also located near major national highways like NH-47 and NH-17. Investing in property in Edapalli is going to give you higher returns, as the cost of living in this area is going to increase, along with the price of houses

Yeah I agree with Rajneesh. If it is a healthy and clean locality that you are looking for, then definitely go with Aluva. On the other hand Edapalli is more industrial and is better connected with the main commercial areas of the city. So it would be better for people who want to buy property somewhere in the hub of the city. The presence of the Lulu Mall in Edapalli is also an advantage, as this is the largest shopping mall in Kerala.

I’ve been living in Aluva for the past few years of my life and if you ask me ill definitely recommend this place to you. Aluva is a very peaceful locality. It is a bit isolated from the hustle of the main city, which I have always found appealing. The property prices are also lower than Edapalli.
I think properties in Aluva will go up in the real estate market, as more and more people want to move out to cleaner and greener localities like Aluva.
