hi there, the residential area is very peaceful indeed. But, that does not hamper the connectivity or create any other issues like distance from the town area. this means that you have good access to the town area as well as the other parts of Coimbatore city with roads like Vadavalli Thondamuthur Road, Vedapatti road, as well as the NH 167 which is the Marudhamalai road.

this area can be called a mix of residential locality as well as an active commercial destination. the development of the commercial area is primarily happening near to the Marudhamalai Road actually. You can see lots of bakeries and small shops near to this road. The well known Kovai Pazhamudir Nilayam as well as Berg Collections can also be seen here.

Hey, if you need to know more about the amenities and facilities that are accessible to you in this locality, you should get a look at some of the good schools, hospitals and supermarkets that are here. The Vallalar Hospital, Kangu Naadu Hospital, Subhiksha Hospital, Cardiacare clinic, as well as educational institutions like Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Delhi Public School, Nagini Vidyalaya Matriculation School etc are located here.

Yeah things got bad. Mornings were the worst as there was absolutely no water. We had to fill buckets with water at night and then use them for the next morning. We had sent a number of complaints to the water board but got no reply.

Vadavalli has also been effected by water shortage in the past. This summer only, due to the extreme weather and lack of rain, most of the residents of Vadavalli went through a really tough time. There was no water in the taps in the morning and we had to call for water tankers for a few weeks, that would only come around 11.

Buying a retirement house in Vadavalli is a good idea. There are several new real estate projects coming up as well as existing properties in this locality where you can invest in. Navavoor Privu, Mullai Nagar, IOB Colony, etc are all nice and peaceful residential localities in this area. You can invest in any property in those localities. Lack of any industrial units and its prime location at the foothills of the Western Ghats are the reasons why this locality is comparatively low on pollution levels. There are good hospitals in the area, like Arogya Nursing Home, Kangu Naadu Hospital, Akhilesh Orthopaedics Hospital, etc.

If you want to lead a calm and quiet life in Coimbatore after retirement without being too far away from all the basic amenities of the proper city, then you can go for Vadavalli. The climate is excellent here, as it is located at the foothills of the Maruthamalai and is surrounded by greenery. The water supplied is the Siruvani water, which is the second sweetest water in the world. This area has good connectivity with the rest of the city as well as with several places of worship like the Lord Muruga temple, Perur Temple and some churches.

If you are looking to settle down in Coimbatore after your retirement, then Vadavalli will be an excellent choice. Being located on the foothills of the Western Ghats, it has pleasant weather throughout the year. Since it is essentially a residential area, the pollution levels are also low. It is centrally located in the city but still quite removed from all the noises bustle of city traffic. The locality provides all the basic necessities within itself. There are banks, supermarkets and good restaurants, complete with broad roads and a secure neighborhood. Vadavalli will be perfect for your retirement home.
