Really, how much....basically one of my friends also booked around same time and I was interested too but looking at the progress in 5yrs it looks like junk investment....will ask my friend to get in touch....I think u guys should look at refund instead of waiting more and let other prices increase...better late than never....basically being small builder I personally don't think they have muscle and financial power to handle SRA project....

Rakshit, this 4-5mths have been going on for last 5+ yrs, u seem to have vested intetest in this.... If they r going to start, why will they stop taking bookings...all builder r hungry for cash....nobody says no... I agree with Rakshit...they don't have req approvals being SRA, lot of hassles involved. Regarding location, its diagonal opp Lodha in line tank road, around 50mtrs further inside line tank road.
Hi Vineet, I don't think that the problem is related to project approvals and all that. It is better you talk to the developer self and ask for the current updates. Because when i asked about the bank approvals they told me that after 4-5 months they will come with all the updates.They have assured me that the booking will be opened till September.

Hi Avinash, I had a word with their sales head and he told me that the construction work will be started after 4-5 months even they have closed the booking for this project.
