Q:I have booked a flat in skicity, which is built by skicon infrastructure pvt. ltd. this is a composite SRA building. it consists of 22 floors. I have booked flat in 2009 and almost paid 85 percent of the amount. till 11 floors the flats are occupied by SRA residence. above that there are private flats which have still not been constructed. builder is just taking his own time. He has already taken money from people who have booked flat from 12th floor and above and keeping quite. Can any body help me to know the status of the builder and also the building.

Skicity by Skicon Infra, located in Bhandup West is a ready-to-move-in project. It is offering 1 BHK residential apartment in 670 sqft. All the flat owners of this project have got their flat possession but still few flats above 12th floor are available for new as well as in resale.

Latest Answer: Really, how much....basically one of my friends also booked around same time and I was interested too but looking at the progress in 5yrs it looks like junk investment....will ask my friend to get in touch....I think u guys should look at refund instead of waiting more and let other prices increase...better late than never....basically being small builder I personally don't think they have muscle and financial power to handle SRA project....

The current price quoted by the developer for Neptune Living Point Phase II is Rs. 11700/sq-ft. It will cost to you for 3BHK around Rs. 1.78 Cr. to 1.85 Cr.
Axis and HDFC has approved this project for housing loan.
Q:When is the possession of the Oasis project happening? Dec 2012 was the date as per the developer while selling of the flats. No communication has from the developers yet
