B4 O-Zone Lakeside is a newly launched project situated right next to serene backwaters of a Mandi dam (Lake), this project is located just 15 minutes drive from Hinjewadi IT park phase III and Pirangut MIDC. It offers agricultural farm house plots from 2695-6000 sqft. The current price is Rs. 435/sq-ft.

Some basic amenities are street lamps, well supply of electricity and water, attractive main gate, 24*7 security, good network of road, individual plot fencing etc. Once you will clear your payment at the same time you will get the possession.

The project is located just 15 mins drive from Hinjewadi It Park, Ph-3 and Pirangut MIDC, 20 mins from Hinjewadi Ph-1, 25-30 mins from Wakad Flyover, 25 mins from Chandni Chowk, 5 mins from proposed Ring Road, 2.5-3 hrs from New Mumbai and 12 kms from Megapolis Township.
