I have invested in this project and would like to suggest all you investors not to invest in this project at all. Firstly, the owners' realty are Goons from U.P and are land mafias associated illegal Land acquisitions, pooling, duping customers of their hard earned money. Secondly, the project's construction work has not started for last 2 years of my investment....!!! So the posession will not be their before 2020 atleast....all their assurances are false and don't get in their trap........they are real cheap goons....bhatti's.......so please please beware from investing in this project. I am asking my money back for last 2 years but they have not given me a single rupee back till date, just keep making false promises....!!!! Rest all upto you.....make wise decisions...!!! Thanks

As per my knowledge earlier there is some issues in land but now Noida Authority has given clear approval and this project is under construction .this is the best option in term of investment purpose and this project will give good ROI in long run. what i know is that this sector is already developed and lot of commercial and residential project is coming in current year.
Kajan, there is no problem with land infact the greater noida authority has allotted this land and banks such as LIC, DHFL and HDFC have already approved upto 70% of the amount as home loan.

hi, i was advised a price of Rs 2700 under the down payment plan but it will be Rs 3100 if you opt for construction linked plan.. there is also a special plan of 40:30: 30 where the rate wil be RS 2900 per sqft.
well, its right on the main road and very near to pari chowk in greater noida. this is amongst the developed sectors here and has all basic needs as well as schools, hospitals,malls as well as residential apartments with people already residing nearby.
I was advised that the project has just been launched and the construction will be starting another month or so... the possession will be scheduled after 3 years from launching the project.
