There is lots of negative review against the builder and Unipark is not yet registered under UPRERA. There is no certainty of its possession date. You can see many property portals have mentioned multiple dates of possession.

Please do not invest in this project, it was launched a long time back and still have zero progress on the ground. People who have invested in this project are still waiting for their flat possession. Do all your due diligence before investing in it.
