It's wonderful that you've shortlisted this township. It is located hardly half a kilometre from Choithram Square, and is very close to the huge regional park run by IDA. If you want to buy a 2BHK apartment, you will have to pay 40.15 lakhs. If you want something bigger, you can choose the 3BHK which can be purchased for anywhere between 46.36 lakhs and 49.22 lakhs depending upon the size of the apartment.
This is not only an apartment complex but also a commercial property, where you can set up your business. The locality is perfect for a business because it is close to the central part of the city. The total built up area of retail, commercial and residential property is 48,00,000 sq. ft. If you want to buy an apartment in this project, you can move in immediately.

The project has rain water harvesting, is built using RCC frame, wide roads, sewage treatment, fire fighting system, waste disposal, jogging track, and a cricket ground. There is also power backup, swimming pool, gym, children's play area, indoor and outdoor games, and a club house.
